❗️Russian forces launched strikes overnight on logistics centers, warehouses and ports in Ukraine, as well as vessels involved in supporting Ukrainian armed force, the Defense Ministry reported. According to the ministry, Russian forces also hit a gas distribution station in Boyarka supplying gas to Ukrainian defense industry enterprises.

❗️The United Russia party is ahead in the Duma election with 57.86% of the vote, with 90.43% of ballots counted, data from the Central Election Commission showed. It is followed by the CPRF with 13.84%, the LDPR with 8.9%, New People with 7.94%, and A Just Russia with 4.95%,

Dutch businesses have been shying away from cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC), fearing secondary US sanctions, a diplomatic source told TASS. According to him, 28 IT companies addressed the Dutch government and parliament with a request to protect banking and digital services vital for the operations of the ICC in a letter recently, the diplomat said. In it, the authors asked the Netherlands to develop an “interdepartmental plan” to preserve ICC services amid the sanctions pressure, he said.

The United States has decided to pull back from striking the Houthis in Yemen, The New York Times reported, citing US officials. The decision came as commanders had approved target lists, while troops were loading bombs onto US warplanes, the newspaper wrote.

More than 600 Russian nationals visited polling stations at the consulates general in New York and Houston, Texas, to cast their ballots in the Duma election, diplomats told TASS. As many as 546 people took part in the vote in New York, Russian Consul General Alexey Markov said. And in Houston, 101 people cast their ballots, TASS was told.

Ukraine may face a loss of up to 6.8% of GDP in 2027, or more than $15 bln and $5.15 bln in budget revenues out of a draft budget of $72 bln, amid continued hostilities, calculations by TASS based on the documents accompanying the 2027 draft budget show.
