Silence and the color white are the Creator’s best friends. Personally, I need to be alone in my room for a certain amount of time to recharge and create. Too much noise gets in the way of creativity 🎨 Yoga, travel, and love help. That’s why I understand people who unsubscribe from noise and “dirt.” Why fill your life with unnecessary information? Many women and men face reproductive health issues due to stress, while not realizing their potential or creating anything meaningful. Information noise and external influences limit people, slowing both demographic and business development. I hope my music brings you calm and inspires you to something better. I am always calm because i know my path and my worth. A person who knows who they are and what they want does not waste emotions in vain. But writing songs requires strong emotions. It is these emotions that inspire great things and help create something real. The right energy leads to the right victories. Muscovites on guard for law and order. This photo always fascinates people when they realize that the schoolgirl in the front row, sitting next to politicians, is me. Thank God I was talked out of studying Political Science at Moscow State University. After graduating from the vocal department, my parents strongly encouraged me to pursue a degree in management, but I diplomatically avoided that path. Because I simply wouldn't have survived in the system that exists there. Still, during my five years as an artist, I managed to accomplish a lot, and to this day people still tell me, “Thank you.” But there is so much I would rather forget. Many times, i woke up in a cold sweat. Some things are simply better left untold. @sashakruglovamusic

From my visit to the Grand Palais Matisse was not subjected to political repression and did not collaborate with any political movements. However, in 1941, illness struck him hard, leaving him effectively confined to a wheelchair. But this was not the end. Instead, it marked a new phase and a new momentum in his career. Yesterday someone told me, “You’re so level-headed. So calm.” 💐 Besides being beautiful and talented, I believe a woman should also be a natural-born manager. The school of life i went through over the past five years is probably something very few public figures have experienced. At one point, I was essentially leading things like Isabella I of Castile. And when it comes to strategic decisions, there is no room for emotional indulgence. I don’t even tell anyone how hard I worked. But I actively apply those skills in everyday life. Calmness, rational thinking, and optimism are what make our lives happier and more successful. A woman’s beauty alone is never as attractive as a woman who is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and capable... What truly unsettles me is the news. In fact, yesterday I decided that I will no longer read news - for the sake of preserving myself and protecting my feminine well-being and health…. @sashakruglovamusic

The neuroscientist Robert Sapolsky, explains human neurobiology very well. Creativity is often linked to our emotional state: results can be amplified both by strong emotions and by the brain’s reward system - dopamine, motivation, and states of inspiration. The more genuine the feelings, the more inner energy, engagement, and depth of experience - and therefore, the stronger the potential creative output. And indeed, from great love, beautiful children are born ❤️ But it’s important to understand that this is more about the environment they grow up in: love, care, and safety create the best conditions for development and health. That’s exactly why the key message in my songs is love. Long-term exploration of this feeling from the perspective of neurobiology suggests that love is associated with states that support both mental and physical well-being, helping a person feel more stable, alive, and healthy. “Love is you,” as I sing in one of my songs. @sashakruglovamusic
