Today marks the completion of a major chapter of my life. After many months of scientific work - studying in a doctoral program, writing and publishing academic articles, conducting multiple randomized controlled studies, and finally defending my dissertation at another institution - I have officially received my PhD in Psychology. Before this, I used to say that creating my month-long flagship program, which took me nine months to complete, was the most difficult thing I had ever done. But now, that place belongs to my dissertation. It was an intense journey, culminating in a 225-page dissertation with 245 references, multiple rounds of academic review, and today’s successful defense. Five people who defended today did not pass. I am humbled and honored that the committee held my work up as an example to others, referring to it as “a very serious work, carried out at an academic level.” I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me on this path and made this possible: my doctoral supervisor, Professor Tatyana Anatolievna Fotekova; my “right hand,” Olga, who helped with the preparation, organization, and oversight of several RCTs over the last year; all the participants in my studies; and many others who became part of this long and meaningful journey. Hi everyone! You may have noticed that I’ve been quiet here for a while. This is intentional - at this stage, my full focus is on building the scientific foundation of Meta Spirituality. I am finishing writing my doctoral dissertation, analyzing the results of our second study, and preparing the launch of the third one. Alongside this, I am working on multiple articles for academic journals and working with a publishing house on my new book. You can imagine, this is a lot! This is a defining phase for Meta Spirituality, and a lot of work needs to be done “behind the scenes” before it can become public. For that reason, all of my energy is directed there right now, and social media has naturally taken a step back. At the same time, I want to remind everyone who has been invited (those who participated in any of the studies), that our first official “Meta Spirituality Summit 2026” will take place next Saturday. WHY OUR DESIRES ARE NOT COMING TRUE Our desires will not come true until we understand that their fulfillment depends neither on higher powers nor on the willpower of our mind, but on the highest of all forces living within us - the power of our Choice. Many people believe they have chosen something. They think that willpower is the same as the power of choice. And they wonder why they want something so intensely, yet it still doesn’t happen. But will and choice are not the same. In fact, they are the opposites. Will belongs to the mind. It is about struggle, effort and discipline. About wanting to achieve, to prove, to conquer. It is a demand. Will is like a categorical, ego-driven, aggressive teenager who insists on getting their way no matter what. There is no love in it. Choice belongs to the heart. It is about love - a love stronger and higher than any will. It is about calm, knowing wisdom and mature steadiness without strain. In the heart, there is no adolescent pressure, no doubt, no fear. And that is why the heart is unbreakable. Its choice cannot be bent or frightened. It is unconditional. Everything born in the heart is unconditional and unlimited in its energy. And that is why such a choice is always fulfilled. Do not confuse the heart with emotions - many people do. Emotions belong to the mind, and to the mind alone. The heart is free from fear, emotions, and other sentiments we wrongfully associate with “living from your heart.” Meta Spirituality teaches what it means to live in and from the heart, and how to manifest your true heart’s desires - without practices, rituals, or manifesting methods.

WHAT FEAR TRULY IS Everyone thinks fear is a reaction - something scares you and you feel afraid. But that's not what fear actually is. Fear is how the illusion of separation feels in your body. It's the feeling of being cut off - from your true self, from others, from the world. Think of a tree suspended in the air, roots dangling, not connected to anything. That tree would feel unstable, unsafe, terrified. No matter how many affirmations the tree repeats or coaching sessions it goes through, no matter how often it visualises a better reality - it lives in fear. That tree is us. Humanity that forgot its true roots. We think of roots as our nationality, ancestry, our relatives or the land we come from. Those are not our roots - our roots are our true self as Source. We are all born into the illusion of being separate. It's our default state. That's why fear is our default state and it runs through every thought and action in our life. Fear can't be eliminated by positive thinking - even though positive thinking is great and helpful - it doesn't address the cause: our false identity based in the illusion of being separate. If we want to eliminate fear and all its consequences in every aspect of life - we need to shift identity. And that’s what Meta Spirituality helps you with. In Meta Spirituality we only focus on shifting our identity - and we do so without practices, props or techniques. It’s a direct perception paradigm shift that eliminates fear, negative emotions, destructive mind patterns and difficult life scenarios - all the symptoms of false identity.

Question: “Is there really a link between sexuality and financial success? Some spiritual teachings claim that the more sex you have, the more money you can attract - does that hold any truth?” Answer: There is no causal link between sexual activity and finances. What people notice is a correlation, and then mistakenly turn it into causation. The correlation is simple: people who have a lot of energy tend to be more active in all areas of life. I don’t divide energy into “sexual” and “non-sexual” - it’s the same life force expressed in different ways. When someone has a lot of energy, they usually take more action, create more, start businesses, pursue opportunities - and naturally, this can lead to making more money. At the same time, that same level of energy may also express itself as a higher libido and more sexual activity. On the other hand, when people have low energy, they often have lower libido, less drive, less action in business, and may struggle financially. So energy influences many areas of life - finances and sexuality included. But this does not mean one causes the other. The mind loves simple formulas: “If I do this → I will get that.” It looks for magical instructions for success. But life doesn’t work like that. There is no fixed formula here. Cause and effect, as the mind imagines it, is largely an illusion created by a dualistic perception. We are the Source. We are both cause and effect. Our choice determines what we experience - how much money we create, how much energy we embody, and where we choose to direct that energy. You can have a lot of energy and channel it entirely into building businesses and making money - and have little or no sex. Or you can have a very active sexual life and still not create financial abundance. We can see this everywhere: in many poorer societies, people may have very active sexual lives while remaining financially limited. That alone shows there is no direct link. So if you’ve heard this idea in spiritual circles, remember: humans naturally look for formulas that promise success. Don’t fall into the trap of “do this, receive that” thinking. In the main Meta Spirituality program and retreat, we explore this deeply in the chapter called Cause and Effect, where we explain that cause and effect does not exist for the one who knows who they truly are. Cause and effect does not exist for the Creator. And that Creator is what you are.

Q: Is Everything Predetermined? It is - if you perceive it that way. The only truly predetermined thing is your true nature: Source. The Creator. And whatever you, as the Creator, choose to embody as true - is what you create. The “believing” I’m talking about is not mental belief. The mind’s belief is weak and unstable. Today it believes one thing, tomorrow another. The mind fluctuates - and it does not hold the power to create reality. Reality is not created through thoughts, ideas, or surface beliefs. It is created from something far deeper: Your identity. Most people live from the identity of a small self - a separate individual, disconnected from Source, from others, from life itself. From that identity, beliefs carry little creative force. That is why so many people struggle to create the reality they want. But when transformation happens at the deepest level - the level of identity - your creative power activates. You no longer live as a victim to whom life happens, where everything feels predetermined. You live as the Creator - the one who chooses what is willed into existence. So, is everything predetermined? Yes - if you identify with the small self. No - when you awaken into your true nature and step into the power to create.
