Что предстоит делать: — management reporting: P&L, plan/fact, variance analysis; — бюджетирование и forecasting; — финансовое моделирование, cash flow и profitability; — анализ revenue / costs / KPI / unit economics; — консолидация данных по юрлицам, продуктам и направлениям; — разработка правил аллокации; — автоматизация сбора и обработки финансовых данных; — участие в развитии финансовых систем и ERP; — работа на стыке Finance и Treasury; — подготовка аналитики для COO, CEO и акционеров. Для нас важно: — 5+ лет в FP&A / management reporting / financial control; — опыт в fintech / financial services; — опыт работы с несколькими юрлицами; — сильная бухгалтерская база: понимание trial balance, posting logic и financial reporting; — сильное финансовое моделирование; — Excel — advanced; — SQL, Power BI / BI-инструменты — желательно; — опыт работы с ERP (1С, Dynamics 365 Business Central или аналог); — английский — профессиональный, русский — желательно; — системность, самостоятельность и сильные аналитические навыки. Будет плюсом: digital assets, IFRS, регулируемая среда, ACCA / CIMA / CFA.
